Quick French Crêpes with Nutella and Strawberries
Delicate, thin French crêpes, lightly sweetened and perfect for a quick, elegant dessert. Filled with creamy Nutella and fresh strawberries, these crêpes are a delightful treat.

Ingredients
- All-purpose flour 1/2 cup
- Granulated sugar 1 tablespoon
- Salt 1/8 teaspoon
- Large egg 1
- Milk 3/4 cup
- Unsalted butter 1 tablespoon
- Vanilla extract 1/2 teaspoon
- Nutella 1/4 cup
- Fresh strawberries 1 cup
- Powdered sugar 1 tablespoon
How to Cook
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, and salt.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the large egg, milk, melted unsalted butter, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Gradually pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, whisking constantly until the batter is smooth and free of lumps. Let the batter rest at room temperature.
- While the batter rests, slice the fresh strawberries.
- Heat a non-stick crêpe pan or an 8-inch non-stick skillet over medium heat. Lightly grease the pan with butter or oil if necessary. Pour approximately 1/8 to 1/4 cup of batter into the hot pan (depending on pan size to make 4 crêpes), immediately tilting and swirling the pan to spread the batter evenly into a thin circle. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the edges are lightly golden and the bottom is set and lightly browned. Carefully flip the crêpe with a spatula and cook for another 30 seconds to 1 minute until the other side is lightly browned. Transfer the cooked crêpe to a plate and repeat with the remaining batter, stacking them as you go.
- Spread a thin layer of Nutella over each crêpe. Arrange sliced strawberries inside, then fold or roll the crêpes. Dust with powdered sugar if desired and serve immediately.
