A warm, comforting dessert featuring juicy mixed berries topped with a buttery, oat-filled crumble. Perfect for a quick sweet treat.

Ingredients
- Mixed berries (fresh or frozen) 1.5 cup
- Granulated sugar 2 tablespoon
- All-purpose flour 1 tablespoon
- Lemon juice (optional) 1 teaspoon
- Rolled oats 1/3 cup
- All-purpose flour 3 tablespoon
- Brown sugar (packed) 3 tablespoon
- Cold unsalted butter 3 tablespoon
- Ground cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt pinch
How to Cook
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease two small ramekins or a small oven-safe dish.
- In a medium bowl, combine the mixed berries, granulated sugar, 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour, and lemon juice (if using). Toss gently to combine.
- Divide the berry mixture evenly between the prepared ramekins or dish.
- In another medium bowl, combine the rolled oats, 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour, brown sugar, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
- Cut the cold butter into small pieces and add to the dry crumble ingredients. Using your fingertips or a pastry blender, work the butter into the dry ingredients until coarse crumbs form.
- Sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the berry mixture in the ramekins/dish.
- Place the ramekins on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the berry filling is bubbly.
- Carefully remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
